As you may, or may not have noticed, we've been being hit with comment spam.

| We've tried for some time to deal with it positively, by deleting the comments, and anonymizing the user responsible. The user responsible is in China somewhere, so it's very unlikely that I'll ever be able to stop that person from spamming by contacting the authorities. As such, I have requested of our support staff (yes, it really is more than just me!) that we block all of 60.0.0.0/8, which is basically all of China. I hope this doesn't block any of our good, well behaved users, but frankly, there is little else we can do at this point. |
