It makes me *hungry*.  Boil that up, then break open all of those legs, with a liberal sprinkling of Old Bay.

Better than the all-you-can-eat crab feast at Red Lobster.

The more you and Beef talk about....... (5.00 / 1) (#6)

this thing tasting like lobster, the more I want to get out the butter and the garlic and start dippin legs in it and chowing down!

I love sea food....lobster, clams, crab, shrimp, tuna, mussels, all in butter and garlic, no breading, no frying, just boil them up and/or steam them and hand them over.....a little salt is good too (Old Bay Seasoning aint bad either!).  A little white wine goes good too!

Now I am hungry!  The nearest Red Lobster is 36 miles away and its a little late to go now!! :-(

Damn right. Red wine too, and beer. Maybe a mojito or a Cuba libre or anything else with rum it in. Or just rum in a glass.

Red Lobster
Do they have non-fried items now? Last time I was in one of those, probably ten years ago, I think every single thing, even the salad, was battered and fried. Kind of like a Long John Silvers with a liqour license.

Red Lobster has (none / 0) (#8)
by xxxxxxxxxx on Fri Jul 08, 2005 at 04:46:59 PM GMT

Lots of grilled fish and shrimp and they have always had shrimp scampi which is not fried, rather more like butter and garlic and that is ok.

They don't have boiled or steamed shrimp much or at least not at any of the local ones here, but now out by the coast they probably do because they are easier to come by and fresher.

I like wine with everything, including deserts, just have to pick the right ones....beer it all depends on how hot it is that day and how cold the beer is...otherwise I don't drink it.  Rum is good as is, mixed, in a cake, in rumballs, whatever you use it in it is good.  Rum just has that taste that goes with so much.

Good thing I don't drink much, I could probably easily be an alcoholic because I like the taste of a lot of liquor and wines.

My motto is everything in moderation....at least I try to anyway.

by Bold Marauder on Wed Jul 06, 2005 at 08:40:33 PM GMT

to hear people bitching about their boards being crapflooded with pictures of deep sea creatures. :p

That's something that would be damned hard to TOS! (unlike goatse and tubgirl).
