I just think it's actually funny that he did, in fact die, at 54...

service and it sounded like an awesome event!

Stevie Wonder, Cissy Houston, Aretha Franklin all sang songs..Aretha closing with Amazing Grace had the attendents and clergy all dancing and singing along in a happy salute to the singers passing.

All said he would have wanted it that way and loved music and everybody joining in.  He did not like sad and wanted a happy send off.  That is what he got.

I would like to have been a fly on the wall and seen that.......all that talent in one room....

That is funny in a sort of twisted way. :-) (5.00 / 3) (#1)

I mean, 'dead at 54' is actually what one television announcer said. I was at my freinds house and she could not understand why I was laughing that Luther Vandross died.  There was no way I could explain that she would get it!

Hahahaha! Classic! (5.00 / 1) (#2)
