Damn vs. Dam, etc..........it is in the context a word is used, not the term itself. Bitch is actually a female dog, referred to as such in mating of the animals during breeding. However, if you call a woman a BITCH I would duck and run as fast as I could because she isn't going to be happy being called a DOG!!!!
Athletic Departments have always been the winner in most of these type of suits and will probably continue in that vein. Its where the University's bread and butter is at, and for my way of thinking that is quite sad. We push idiots through college because they can toss a football, punt or kick and/or make goals on the basketball court.
Cunt, is just a word.........watch the Vagina Monologues and see what that woman does with the word cunt. It is quite interesting and kinda takes the stigma from it.
I don't like the word, and I don't like what it usually means when spoken. However, I guess most guys don't like the word 'Jerk' or 'Prick' or how about my favorite 'Son of a Bitch'! That sort of puts the whole thing in perspective, you see if you dont' want someone calling your mother a bitch, then don't call them that. :-)
