Wetvac.  I have the one with a hose attachment so the water vacuumed up gets pumped out of da house.

I highly recommend it.  I also recommend getting a water sensor.  It has a couple copper strips that you stick to the floor, when water completes the circuit, the thing sounds an alarm.
