Regarding your fourth point, have you checked out either firegirls.com or suicidegirls? I heard about firegirls on K5 and it sounds like it might fit your criteria on a few different levels. suicide girls, I'm afraid, has gone right down the toilet (why did I mention it? it used to be worthwhile) and turned into some half-assed blog (from what I can see).
