A lot happened this last week, probably some of you aren't even aware of what went on....well..here it is..

dividing image

The Australian Government named a highway after AC/DC!!

Billy Joel got married for the 3rd time.  Joel 55, married his fiance 23!

Courtney Love is being sued by a Travel Agency!

Bush and Kerry tie in their debate as who is the biggest 'ASSHOLE'!

Punk'd got renewed for 3 more seasons.

Cowboys beat the Redskins....'Redskins, whose your daddy? The COWBOYS!'

Famous Photographer Avedon dies at age 83 (he did greats pictures of lots of rock stars and some really cool pics of Marilyn Monroe portraying other famous actresses).

Hurricane Season is over, YAHOO!

We still haven't found Osama BinLaden.

Cat Stevens (once a famous songwriter/singer) was refused access to US because of suspected ties with Terrorists.  This is just so funny to me when I think about all those songs he wrote, 'Peace Train', 'Morning Has Broken', etc. Plus he is a religious man.  I just don't get it.

New Wave is making a comeback as they say Grunge, Pearl Jam wannabes and Rap is dying.  Did we miss something here?

This is just a few of the 'little' things that happened this week.  So what happened in your neck of the woods?????

Plus he is a religious man

Good one! That always renders people totally undangerous, like when Donald Rumsfeld washes all the stomped-to-death-hippy blood off his shoes just before his limo driver whisks him off to a church inside a concrete bunker 100 miles below the surface of the earth.

I think people miss the point about Cat Stevens. It isn't that he himself is going to come in loaded with dynamite, it is that he lends support to militant Islamic groups and the US has taken the stance that if you do those things we don't want you. The Cat Stevens specifics may be totally made up, again Donald Rumsfeld, but the policy itself has merit.

Reagan thought it all up one night while drinking Bourbon with Satan.

Mt. St. Helens is acting up these days and is being closely watched.  How could I have forgotten that?!!!

It is actually the only one worth any serious attention, the rest is fluff and nonsense.

Well, I guess except for Kerry/Bush, that is supposed to be serious, but somehow..............

(Hey, I live in Wisconsin, home of the Packer fanatics.  What do you want?  The only teams more disliked around here than Dallas are the Vikings and the Bears.)

Who's dead now?

Let me clarify something here........I too am a Redskins fan, I just wrote that for humour, not because I am a Cowboys fan.  NEVER!!!

I lived in DC a while myself and remember fondly the games on tv and eating chili and just enjoy being a kid whose family were Redskins fans.  I still am a fan!!

But I am more of a baseball fan, and hockey than football anymore. Although I still watch the games now and again because you sort of just can't stop watching them completely.  At least I can't.

...construction workers... leathermen... what's truly important is that it's all disco.

And all disco deserves to burn in the deepest depths of hades.
