I prefer only to post through news servers that don't reveal your IP in the NNTP-Posting-Host. There are some great pay services that provide this - some for as cheap as $5/month. Some examples:

Altopia
Newscene
Supernews
UseNetServer
Newsguy
Uncensored-News (Don't use unless you want people to think you're a pedo.)

There are probably some others out there.
