From the depths of entropy came the fire, and from the fire there was born a brilliant light. And the light did shine upon all that it did run across, radiating heat and causing a cascade of hues and shading. But this is completely irrelevant to the story at hand.

Kibble had a dream. It was grandiose and profound in nature, yet not totally out of reach. Kibble had worked hard to try and bring his dream to fruition. But try as he might, his evil twin sister, Bitsy, was always more than ready to thwart him. Bitsy was the epitome of evil twin, with the exception of the goatee. And the whole paternal twin, differing gender detail.

So anyway, Kibble had a dream, and Bitsy liked to crush Kibbles dreams against the rocks.

One day, while walking his dog (a great dane named "Squeaky"), Kibble fell into a large pit. He was devoured instantly by rabid weasels, and his bones were sold at a flea market.

Squeaky became enranged, and ate Bisty whole.

Squeaky later suffered hallucinations, and thinking he could fly, jumped from the edge of the Black Canyon, and plummeted into the Gunnison River below, killing several white-water rafters.

The End

Under my new regime it will be illegal to end a story before all the characters are dead in the ground.

Well, not really the end.... (5.00 / 2) (#2)

..for you see, Kibble was only the latest incarnation of the great prophet Moomoo.  Moomoo is imortal, and a loosly fitting dress.

About his dog, Kibble would often imagine it wearing dress.  The the dress was not a moomoo.  It was a low cut number and little doggy stileto heels.  Woof.

Weasles are the foundation of life.  To live is to be a weasle.

I used to make my dog do 'weasel' impressions, does that count?

tissue and 3 hankies over this tragedy. Oh, the sadness and the irony of it all.

What happened to the rafters that survived?  How much did they get for Kibble's bones?

Did Bitsy taste good?  Did Squeaky survive his jump?

OH, you just can't end it the way you did!!

*sanity is not one of my strong suits you know!*
