a Lawyer using the Tobacco idea to get into the Alcohol side of things.  I doubt that all the people who this person is representing came to him.   More than likely he went to them and told them about this idea and they jumped at it.

My thought?  I think I will go down to McDonalds and order a 'hot' cup of coffee, dump it in my lap and then run to the lawyers office.  I am sure I could get at least a 100k for my injuries.  Hey, it beats a 9 to 5 any day.

Guess I am just jaded.
