Let the summer marketing campaigns begin! And what better ways to do this than to remarked our favorite beverages with slight flavor and color twists. But some are clearly better than others, and PepsiCo. has finally landed one that doesn't make the drinker want to vomit.
Yes, my friends, Mountain Dew Livewire actually tastes good!

| This stuff does not taste anything like Mountain Dew. In fact, it tastes exactly... EXACTLY like orange Kool Aid, with carbonation. And supposedly caffeine.
Really, there isn't much to say about it. It isn't great. Likewise, unlike Vanilla Coke and Pepsi Blue, it doesn't suck.
If you like orange Kool Aid, you like carbonated beverages, and you like caffiene, this is the drink for you.
Overall rating: Good. If you aren't in dire need, you can live without it. If you happen to see it in the store, you won't regret buying it. |
