That's not a .722, which itself would be 9 times the legal limit. This guy blew a 7.22, which is enough to kill two people, and is believed to be the world breathalyzer record.

I made some calculations, and a 160-pound individual would have to drink something in the neighborhood of 14 liters of vodka over an 8-hour period to get their BAC that high. That doesn't take into account that your liver probably goes on strike after the first liter or so.
