Yes, women can pee standing up, been a thing that they could do for quite some time, centuries ago they did it without thinking about it, because it was natural and they didn't have anyone saying they shouldn't or it wasn't lady like, it was just part of nature.
As we progressed (if you want to call it that) into a more domesticated and gentile society, women took to sitting down and peeing. I rather think it was a way to keep us down (literally).
Sigh, lets face it, women have the capability to do a lot of things, they just aren't always aware of it.
