(....or so I hope...)

dividing image

This will hopefully be the last session I ever have at 56-khey.

Today, I received in the post an ADSL router. To hook up to my line which was activated on Wednesday.

Now i have no doubt that a /fart or khey-5 reader would have spent this Friday night getting it all set up.

However....given a choice between spending Friday night typing lots and lots of numbers into system preferences and consuming large quantities of happy liquid, can you guess what my decision was?

Anyway, like Steve Austin, I'm back, better, stronger and faster than before (but for a hell of a lot less than six million dollars :-) )

which is worse, he posted a quote on a 70's show or that you recognized it?

I bet you have a Steve Austin action figure somewhere in your house that you still play with when nobody is watching.

Do you have Jaime Sommers too?

YHBT, HAND

I was in grade school, and with only three networks, it was kind of hard to miss.  The point is that I don't go around quoting from it.

Hope this helps you, clueless one.

"oh clueless one".

Now here you go quoting a show from the 80'and early 90's 'Clueless'.  Don't tell me, you secretly lusted after the blonde valley girl?

I know about the 3 tv channels, it was a pain in the ass.  Now I have digital cable and never watch tv, go figure.

And in any case, I remember The Six Million Dollar Man and The Bionic Woman when they were first on back in the '70s - they used to be on the real ATV on Thursday or Friday usually, around 7.30 or 8.00 pm - those were the days eh :-)

would have ordered out, conned the delivery driver in to picking up a discounted 30 pack of brew-haa-ha on his way to your house and spent the rest of the night rocking out to midget pr0n.

welcome to fast downloads and split second changes.

As for being like a K5er or /.'er, Kudos on taking advantage of a friday night to do some real pubbing!  You always have tomorrow to do that with your lovely hangover.
