There is a familiar description on Chesterfield Virginia's wanted list. Long white beard...red suit..but he wasn't the real "jolly old elf" you'd expect to see this time of year.

A man dressed up like Santa Claus robbed a drug store at gunpoint. Police say the imposter took Oxycontin, a powerful painkiller. Police say they tracked him to a near-by apartment complex where he probably had a car waiting for him.

My question is...were they expecting him to have a sleigh and eight reindeer waiting for him?

They should let him keep his pills and put him in a cell, it would be fun to watch santa try and walk through steel bars, time & time again, for a couple of days.

Every year there is some Saint Nick Robber, this one just happened to be a pill popper
