I never thought I'd see an issue where I'd side with the republicans over the democrats, but on this I am. Fortuneatley Conneticut's govenor is seeking legislation to temper this. That will put us up to what, 13 out of 50 states where private property rights are decently protected?

I guess it's a start.

Republicans == Fascist.

2 sides of the same authoritarian coin.  Democrats will take away your property and rights for the good of the "people."  Republicans do same for the good of "industry."  Meh.
