That is what George W was trying to say I think.  He is not my favorite person, nor is he exactly a genius when it comes to the use of the English language, but he does mean business when it comes to terrorism and I believe the man feels very strongly on this.  

I will give him this, he speaks with passion on this subject so I have to give the devil his due.

I don't agree with him always, nor do I care about his continuing the Presidency, but I do have some respect for him as he has a horrible job and I would not want it.
