NBC already tried this several years ago with Bill Cosby.

Maybe this time around, they will do with with girls in bikinis.

Just so long as Robin Williams isn't in a bikini.

And I mean, he really didn't. Robin Williams and Groucho Marx were both known for their cutting, and sponteneous wit. Bill Cosby was known for...pushing fudge and demonstrating that blacks, too, can make insipid television.

Of course, for that kind of show, you'd really want someone like george carlin, but for the price of one carlin, you can sponsor five or six survivor spinoffs (as Beef already pointed out).

I like coffee, I haven't had enough of it today.

MadTV's Frank Caliendo would be a good replacement for Williams (or anyone else).  This guy is the most brilliant impressionist I have seen in a long, long time.  He does a schtick in which he impersonates Robin Williams doing a one-man Wizard-of-Oz.  Dead f-ing on.

I recorded his Comedy Central routine to DVD - if anyone's interested, just let me know.
