There's something to be said for using (none / 0) (#1)

the original equipment, instead of simply stripping the color out as they did in 'ed wood'.

I really liked "the cabinet of doctor calgary [sp?]".Half of what made that so good was that crude as it was (and in many ways, it was not crude at all) there was very much a spirit of exploration regarding techinques and plots that you simply could not recapture today.

Btw, I've seen frankenstien (good), and dracula (didn't care for the original, but I saw a bad copy) however, I really like "white zombie"...just because it is so completely strange and unbelieveable to me.
