I drove 19-20 hours each way from Ft. Lauderdale to NYC, but it was good weather the whole way. That much snowy driving can age even the most hardened driver.

I-95 isn't bad for tolls till you hit Maryland, then they got you over a barrel, and not even a fan belt to chew on while they're doing it.

Glad you had a good visit.

Actually I am still here, in Chicago, staying for a while to spend time with my grandson and his parents. :-) Its so much fun!

I envy your living in Florida, its damn cold here right now.
