The whole 'treat women like trash' thing is a lot easier once you get used to it. With a little practice you might even be able to catch one of those strong yet feminine types you like and treat her like a bathroom rug.
Heres what you do:

Go to a bar and pick up an ugly girl. The more removed she is from your ideal the better.

Do her. After doing her you will feel repulsed so it will be a lot easier to:

Start treating her like shit.

Amazingly most women respond positively to this type of treatment (turn on an episode of Cops, wait for a domestic disturbance call) so you will probably have a tough time shedding her. Fear not, I have a foolproof method:

Leave her at a McDonald's. This is a theme of mine. Have her stand in line, excuse yourself to go to the bathroom and then bail the hell out.

Repeat this cycle with women who are progressively closer to your ideal.
In time you will harden yourself to all the crying and phone number changing that inevitably comes along with an agressive program such as this. Don't get discouraged. Always remember that those people you are shitting on are not you, why should you care about them? Some day you meet the girl of your dreams and instead of going all stupid over her and trashing your life you will have the strength to use her for your own fulfillment without the slightest bit of concern for her needs. Losing your job, posting your feelings on a weblog, those are bad things if you are the one doing them. You are supposed to be laughing at other people with screwed up lives, not living one yourself.
